The Organisation Development and Design (OD&D) Officer role offers an exciting opportunity to join the Organisation Development & Design Team. The team is supportive and welcoming, and you will join colleagues who are experts in Organisation Design, Organisation Development, Learning & Development, Leadership & Management, and Talent.

The team supports the organisation by providing OD&D consultancy services and is home to centres of excellence in organisational capability, leadership & management, talent, performance development, and career development and professions.

You will work with OD&D Leads in supporting Organisation Design Projects by gathering key data and insights, engaging with stakeholders, and maintaining project plans. This role also provides a fantastic opportunity to help shape the future of HSE and how we work, as well as to develop expertise in Organisation Development & Design.
