easyJet is looking for an Organisation Design & Workforce Analytics Specialist to shape how work evolves using data and AI. You’ll map current workflows, build robust evidence bases, and develop models and visualisations to support leadership decisions.
This role sits in the Workforce Transformation team, partnering with Technology, Operations and Commercial functions to drive organisational change and future-ready capabilities.
We are easyJet – a FTSE listed, £multi-billion low-cost airline that serves tens of millions of customers every single year. If you’re reading this, you have probably already been an easyJet customer, and you’ll know that there is no more iconic (or Orange!) travel brand in Europe.
We fly more than 1,207 routes, connecting 38 countries across Europe, and employ more than 18,000 colleagues. We’re on a mission to make low-cost travel easy – and whatever your role here, you’ll connect millions of people to what they love using Europe’s best airline network, great value fares, and friendly service.
What makes us easyJet? Our Promise Behaviours - we are Safe, Bold, Welcoming and Challenging. Four Behaviours. One Spirit. One easyJet.
You’ll join easyJet's Workforce Transformation & OD team, helping shape how work and how teams and organisations evolve for the future. We're a small team with a big remit, working across the business to ensure easyJet is set up to deliver its strategy simply, effectively and safely.
Our work spans organisation design, workforce planning and workforce transformation. Increasingly, we're helping the business understand what advances in AI and automation mean for how work gets done, how roles evolve and what capabilities we'll need in the future.
You’ll work closely with leaders and teams across Technology, Operations, Commercial and our enabling functions, turning insight into practical organisation and workforce decisions.
AI and automation are changing how work gets done across every industry, and easyJet is no exception. We're exploring what this means in practice: where technology can improve efficiency, where human judgement remains critical and how we design organisations and work for the future.
This role will play a key part in that journey. You'll help us understand how work happens today, identify opportunities for improvement and provide the analysis that informs organisation and workforce decisions.
There isn’t a fixed playbook for this work. We’re learning, experimenting and building new approaches as we go, making this an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys solving new problems and turning complexity into clarity.
Three months into the role, you’ll be partnering with Finance, People and Operational stakeholders to analyse workflows, identify opportunities for improvement and help shape future ways of working.
Combining data analysis, process mapping and workforce transformation thinking, you’ll develop insights, model redesign scenarios and translate complex findings into clear recommendations for senior stakeholders. You’ll work closely with Organisation Design and Technology teams, contribute to evolving methodologies and frameworks, and explore how automation, AI and emerging tools can enhance organisational effectiveness, capability and delivery.
This full-time role will be based in Luton and will be 40 hours per week. We support hybrid working and we spend 60% of our time per month in the office.
At easyJet, we are dedicated to fostering an inclusive workplace that reflects the diverse customers we serve across Europe. We welcome candidates from all backgrounds. If you require specific adjustments or support during the application or recruitment process, such as extra time for assessments or accessible interview locations, please contact us at ma.recruitment@easyjet.com. We are committed to providing reasonable adjustments throughout the recruitment process to ensure accessibility and accommodation.
