Job Description

We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager - SEO to join our growing team in London. This role is a unique opportunity to have an impact on Wise’s mission, grow as a product person, and help save millions for our customers around the world.

Here’s how you’ll be contributing:

• Lead Wise’s organic acquisitions, SEO products (tools, services & directories) and CMSs responsible for driving organic growth to Wise properties.
• Iterate on any aspect of our SEO products without ever compromising on transparency.
• Your role is to find and work on opportunities to grow Wise faster, bringing more customers to the revolution.
• You’ll be working closely with Designers, Researchers, Developers, and Analysts to enable informed decisions and high standards of execution.
• You’ll report to the onboarding & growth product lead, who will help you find your path to impact.

• Contribute to our mission to make money without borders the new normal, building solutions for instant, convenient, transparent, and eventually free money transfers.
• Build innovative, state-of-the-art products with a global impact.
• Work autonomously to create your own vision, with feedback from Wise colleagues.
• Grow as a leader by building and inspiring your team and other teams.
• Identify opportunities with the SEO team to maximize Wise website’s organic traffic, engagement, and conversion.
• Collaborate with Marketing to scale impact across organic growth and lead SEO and product development efforts.
• Inspire teams with your ideas, knowledge, and proactive attitude.

Qualifications

• Experience in SEO and performance marketing in a scaling company.
• Proven record of collaboration with paid and organic marketing teams, understanding their measurement challenges.
• Familiarity with a range of marketing technology for web and app measurement, and experience with content management systems on large web portals.
• Excellent product management skills, capable of leading cross-functional teams and managing multiple projects.
• Customer-focused approach, with experience working on products used by thousands or millions, including research and user interviews.
• Data-driven mindset, able to analyze data, identify opportunities, and tell impact stories.
• Good technical understanding to guide technological investments, address tech debt, bugs, and new features.
• Clear and logical communication skills, able to influence and collaborate effectively.
• Leadership qualities, including hiring, skill development, and proactive problem-solving beyond traditional product management roles.

Additional Information

Our Offer

• Base salary: 88,000 - 110,000 GBP gross annually (based on experience & interview outcomes)
• Restricted Stock Units (RSUs) & other benefits
