The new People and HR Service Delivery function operationalises and enables HR processes to ensure a consistent and high-quality colleague experience. It serves as the primary gateway for all HR needs for colleagues and people managers, it focuses on efficiency and colleague experience by seamlessly running full employment cycle processes as part of the People and HR Service function.
We are seeking a meticulous and seasoned Colleague Lifecycle Manager (Org Management & TUPE), to join our People and HR Service Delivery Team. This role is responsible for managing and maintaining the organizational structure within our HR systems, ensuring accurate and up-to-date hierarchy information. Additionally, you will expertly handle TUPE (Transfer of Undertakings Protection of Employment) processes.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR processes, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with various departments. By ensuring precise hierarchy information and smooth TUPE transitions, you will support seamless HR operations.
