Our Organisational Effectiveness & Agility practice is seeking an experienced Senior Manager.

We specialize in transforming organizations through effective operating models, structures, and cultures, ensuring lasting impact via a skilled, engaged workforce. Our expertise spans industries including Financial Services, Products & Services, Energy & Resources, Pharmaceuticals & Life Sciences, and Government.

What you will be doing

Our Organisation Design & Operating Model roles involve partnering with clients to solve complex problems. We leverage expertise in leadership, culture change, organizational design, operating models, Agile, Lean, service design, and technology to craft tailored solutions.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Setting vision for operating model transformation and defining strategic problem statements
  • Redesigning operating models to enhance effectiveness, efficiency, and capability development
  • Translating high-level decisions into detailed operational designs, including governance and workforce planning
  • Leading complex organizational transformations to improve agility and adaptability
  • Embedding new cultures and ways of working within client organizations
  • Developing strategies to scale sustainable new ways of working
  • Leaving lasting capabilities within client organizations to enable ongoing success
Your skills and experience
  • Proven experience in Target Operating Model design and implementation, with an agile, human-centered approach
  • Experience leading large-scale transformations in complex or regulated industries
  • Ability to translate conceptual designs into detailed operational models
  • Expertise in customer-centric operating models that respond to evolving needs
  • Strong leadership skills in managing project teams and collaborating with clients
  • Ownership mindset with a track record of delivering results in challenging environments
  • Ability to identify future opportunities and develop long-term client relationships
  • Excellent at building team capabilities and fostering continuous learning
  • Recognition for thought leadership on complex challenges
  • Experience working with senior leaders and facilitating executive-level conversations
