The Role

We are seeking a hardworking and organised Orders Team Member to support the processing, picking, and packing of customer orders. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that all orders meet our high standards for quality and customer specifications. Your day-to-day will include preparing products and processing orders.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Order Processing: Pick, pack, and process customer orders with attention to detail.
  2. Quality Control: Ensure that all orders are quality-checked and meet customer specifications.
  3. Production Support: Assist the Production Manager in various aspects of the meat preparation process.
  4. Food Safety: Adhere to HG Walter’s Food Safety and HACCP procedures, promptly reporting any hygiene or quality issues.
  5. General Duties: Perform ad-hoc duties that arise in the team's daily operation.
The Candidate
  1. Experience: Previous butchery experience required or good knife skills.
  2. Communication Skills: Strong communication skills are essential.
  3. Work Environment: Must be comfortable working in a chilled environment.
