Job description

Job Title: Logistics Projects Analyst (Order to Delivery)

Contract Type: Temporary
Hourly Rate: 25.00 PAYE, 30 PH Ltd (Outside IR35)
Start Date: ASAP
End Date: January 31, 2026, possibility to extend.
Working Pattern: Full Time - 35 Hours per week
Location: Crewe (Parking available nearby, 18-minute walk from the office)

Adecco working in Partnership with Bentley Motors, is on the lookout for a passionate and driven Logistics O2D Projects Analyst to join their dynamic team! This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to one of the organisation's high-level "Order to Delivery (O2D)" projects, working collaboratively to deliver effective solutions that enhance quality and cost efficiency.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Delivery of O2D Projects:
    - Collaborate with internal and external departments to design and implement process and system improvements.
    - Plan project activities, engaging stakeholders to set timelines.
    - Report and document project milestones appropriately.
    - Scope and define project deliverables, including technical and business requirements.
    - Facilitate data collation, analysis, and conduct root cause analysis when necessary.
    - Present solutions clearly and influence key project decisions.
  2. Delivery of Logistics Projects:
    - Work in partnership with various departments to enhance processes and systems.
    - Plan project activity while engaging stakeholders to establish timelines.
    - Ensure accurate reporting and documentation of project milestones.
    - Define project deliverables, addressing both technical and business needs.
    - Conduct data analysis and root cause analysis to drive improvements.
    - Clearly articulate solutions and sway key project decisions.
  3. Reporting and Meeting Support:
    - Prepare essential reports for the O2D project and Logistics.
    - Arrange and support meeting facilitation, including minute-taking and information dissemination.
    - Collate and report financial data from the CAT4 system.
  4. Knowledge Holder in O2D:
    - Serve as a key knowledge holder in specific technical areas of the O2D project.
    - Know where to locate information within the O2D project teams.
    - Understand the main objectives of sub-projects within the overall O2D framework.
    - Identify key stakeholders for each sub-project and understand their interactions.
