Job summary

A dynamic finance department is seeking an Order to Cash Analyst to deliver high-quality financial planning and reporting. Candidates should ideally be part-qualified ACCA/CIMA and have significant finance experience. This position is based in the UK.

Overview

An exceptional opportunity has emerged for a Order to Cash Analyst to integrate into a dynamic and collaborative finance department within an expanding organisation.

Responsibilities

• As part of a small finance team, this role is responsible for delivering high-quality financial planning, reporting, and analysis across the region.
• Drive process improvements across O2C and month-end workflows
• Manage and maintain project creation in SAP, initiating the O2C process
• Oversee revenue flows, ensuring accuracy and data integrity across systems
• Perform month-end revenue reconciliations and support closing activities
• Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Finance teams to ensure accurate billing, project setup, and revenue monitoring
• Design and enhance reporting templates and dashboards to track commercial KPIs

Candidate Requirements

• Part-qualified or working towards a professional qualification (e.g., ACCA, CIMA) preferred
• Significant prior experience in finance, preferably within a commercial or operational context.
• Proficiency in SAP, especially in project creation and billing functions
• Strong Excel skills; experience with BI/reporting tools is advantageous
• Solid understanding of revenue processes and financial control principles
