Job description

Chase Taylor Recruitment are currently working on an exciting opportunity with one of the largest windows and door fabricators in the UK. This company started trading 30 years ago and has state-of-the-art factories in two major locations.

We are looking for a candidate who has a background in Fenestration/ Windows and Doors and has recent experience in order processing. Applicants must be able to understand construction drawings and technical information.

The role:

• 1st look at surveys, input ready for them to be checked and processed.
• Stock Orders/ checks
• Getting quotes from suppliers for stock & parts for manufacture
• Chasing late/ missing deliveries
• Gathering information for quotes for jobs/ leads
• Assist with Admin duties as required

The candidate:

• Must have experience using, window designer, or similar industry specific order processing systems
• Has current or recent experience order processing windows and doors is a must
• Excellent attention to detail
• Able to manage own workload
• Good communication and customer service experience
• Must currently reside in the UK
