Job summary

Randstad CPE is seeking a detail-oriented Customer Order Management Administrator to provide temporary support in Peterborough. The role focuses on system accuracy, data entry, and order facilitation within a globally recognized engineering brand.

Responsibilities include processing orders, exporting documentation, cleansing data, generating reports, and assisting the team with database updates. The position is a 6-month contract with hybrid onsite 3 days and remote 2 days.

Qualifications

• Experience in order processing, sales administration, data entry, or logistics admin.
• Strong computer proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Highly organized with attention to data accuracy.
• Able to work on-site in Peterborough 3 days a week.

Responsibilities

• Process customer orders into the database accurately and within deadlines.
• Compile and distribute shipping and export documentation.
• Update customer accounts, drop-ship details, pricing, and codes.
• Prepare internal reports on order statuses.
• Support wider team with database updates, filing and scanning.
