Order Picker / FLT C/B & R/T Driver

Location: Stratford Upon Avon
Working Hours: Monday to Friday 08:00 to 16:00 or 09:00 to 17:00
Pay Rate: £13.57 to £14.00 per hour (DOE)

Empowered Personnel is currently recruiting an experienced Order Picker for their client based in Stratford Upon Avon. This is a temp to perm position ideal for an Order Picker with proven experience working in a temperature controlled warehouse. Role Description

As an Order Picker, you will be responsible for picking and preparing customer orders in a busy temperature controlled warehouse environment. Key duties include:

• Receiving goods and unloading pallets using a FLT Counterbalance (C/B) in the temperature controlled warehouse
• Moving pallets efficiently around the temperature controlled warehouse using the FLT Counterbalance (C/B)
• Putting pallets away using the FLT Reach Truck (R/T) within the temperature-controlled warehouse
• Picking and stacking orders accurately as an Order Picker
• Performing some heavy lifting and maintaining high standards in the temperature-controlled warehouse
• Following all health and safety procedures specific to working in a temperature-controlled warehouse

Requirements

• Previous experience as an Order Picker is essential
• Must have previous experience working in a temperature controlled warehouse to be considered
• Must have externally an accredited FLT Counterbalance (C/B) and Reach Truck (R/T) licence
• Motivated, reliable individuals who can thrive in a busy temperature controlled warehouse environment
• All specialised PPE will be provided as this is a freezer picking / temperature-controlled warehouse role
