Qualifications

• Expérience prouvée en tant que 'Order picker' ou autre poste en entrepôt.
• Licence de conduite de chariots élévateurs souhaitée.
• Capacité à travailler efficacement sous pression.

Responsibilities

Order picker required to join a market-leading specialist.A fast growing, multi million pound operation looking for an Order picker to assist with logistics.State of the art facilities, Overtime paid at a premium and with on-site parking.A permanent position that offers continued development and progression opportunities as the company grows.

This role is based In Silsden, a short walk away from the train station.Applicants from surrounding areas such as Skipton, Keighley and Bradford are invited to apply for this easily commutable position.

What is on offer to the Order picker

• A starting hourly rate of £12.60 per hour.£26,208 per annum
• working hours are 6.30 - 3.30 pm or 7 - 4 pm with the opportunity of overtime on weekends.There are two positions available

Key Accountabilities of the Order picker

• Using scanners, barcodes and serial numbers to locate the correct items for shipment and to ensure that inventory is managed accurately
• Packaging completed orders
• Build pallets with orders and position them to loading docks
• Completing necessary invoicing or paperwork to allow efficient tracking of orders
• Restocking shelves using items from storage areas to ensure inventories are always full
• Meeting picking speed and efficiency targets as specified

Key Experience Required of the Order picker

• Proven experience as order picker or other warehouse position
• Experience or license in handling forklifts, pallets jacks and other warehouse equipment would be desirable but no essential
• Highly organised
• Great attention to detail
