Job summary

Adecco is seeking experienced LLOP Drivers to join the warehouse picking team in Bedford. This night-shift role runs 17:30–02:30, offering weekly pay and a pathway to permanent placement after 12 weeks.

You will operate Reach and/or LLOP forklifts, move stock, pick orders, and support loading/unloading activities while maintaining a safe, efficient warehouse and meeting targets.

Location: Bedford MK42

Shift Pattern: Sunday to Thursday

Hours: 17:30 - 02:30 (Nights)

Pay Rate: £14.42 per hour

Contract Type: Temporary ongoing, potential Temp to Permanent (after 12 weeks)

The Role

We are currently seeking experienced LLOP Drivers to join the warehouse picking team. This is an excellent opportunity for motivated and reliable individuals looking to secure long-term employment with a market-leading company, with the potential to gain a permanent contract after 12 successful weeks. Working within a busy distribution environment, you will play a key role in ensuring stock is moved safely, orders are picked accurately, and warehouse operations run efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Operating Reach Truck and/or LLOP equipment safely and efficiently.
• Moving stock throughout the warehouse.
• Loading and unloading deliveries.
• Picking and preparing orders accurately.
• Replenishing stock locations.
• Carrying out daily equipment checks.

• Adhering to all health and safety procedures.
• Working towards productivity and performance targets.

Candidate Requirements

• Experience with EITHER a LLOP or REACH Fork Lift Truck.
• Experience working within a warehouse or distribution environment.
• Good communication skills.
• Reliable, punctual, and committed to maintaining high standards.
• Flexible approach to warehouse duties.
