Job description

The Recruitment Co are recruiting for Order Pickers at a large distribution site in Ashton-In-Makerfield.

Candidates will be trained in-house to operate LLOP trucks, so comfort with this equipment is required.

Responsibilities include Order Picking using LLOP trucks and handballing work.

The shift patterns are as follows, with options for days or nights:

1. Days: 7am-7pm, 4 days on, 4 days off, or 3 days on, 3 days off (ongoing basis).
2. Nights: 7pm-7am, 4 nights on, 4 nights off, or 3 nights on, 3 nights off (ongoing basis).

Candidates must be available to work some weekends.

The pay rates include a pick bonus scheme after 4 weeks of training:

• Bonuses range from £0.15 to £3.75 per hour, depending on pick rate achievement.
• £0.15/hour for 86% of target; up to £3.75/hour for 110% of target.
• Incremental increases of £0.15 for each additional 1% of target achieved, up to 25 increments.
