Job summary

Omnia Resourcing Ltd. is recruiting for Order Pickers at a site in Ashby De La Zouch. Training is provided and no licence is required. The role involves picking orders at heights up to 14 meters using HLOP trucks, with full training given and overtime opportunities.

This is a permanent, site-based role with the potential for progression and weekly pay. You must have own transport due to the remote location and limited public transport.

Qualifications

• No licence required - full training is provided.
• Previous warehouse experience preferred.
• Must be comfortable working at height and using rope escape equipment in emergencies.
• HLOP experience highly desirable.
• Physically fit and able to work in a standing, manual role.
• Must be flexible to work assigned shift pattern.
• Own transport essential due to limited public transport options.

Hourly Rates

• £14.35 p/h - AM Shift (06:00 - 14:00, Monday to Friday)
• £15.10 p/h - PM Shift (14:00 - 22:00, Monday to Friday)
• £17.04 p/h - Night Shift (22:00 - 06:00, Sunday to Thursday)
• up to £34.08 p/h for overtime

This is a manual, fast-paced role involving order picking at heights of up to 14 meters using HLOP trucks (High Level Order Pickers).
