In this position, you’ll work closely with all the stakeholders contributing directly to our ongoing projects and initiatives. Who You Are: You are a highly organized and proactive Order Management Coordinator to support our operations in the fast-paced industry. This role is responsible for managing the end-to-end order lifecycle for complex service-based solutions. You will work closely with internal teams, including sales, engineering, and customer support, to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment. What You’ll Do: Order Processing: Accurately enter and manage sales orders in the system, ensuring all configuration and contractual details are complete. Customer Communication: Serve as the point of contact for customers regarding order status, changes, and delivery timelines. Cross-Functional Liaison: Collaborate with engineering, network operations, and program management to align order fulfillment with technical and operational requirements. Issue Resolution:Identify, track, and resolve order discrepancies or delays, escalating as needed to ensure customer satisfaction. Process Improvement: Contribute to the ongoing refinement of order management processes and systems to improve efficiency and service levels. What You’ll Need: 3-5 years of experience in order management Familiarity with Salesforce Strong organisational skills with high attention to detail and the ability to manage complex, multi-line orders. Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
