Job Description:

Are you a hardworking professional with experience as an Order Management Analyst? Do you thrive in fast-paced environments and have a passion for customer service? We are looking for a self-motivated and proactive individual with strong organisational skills to join our well-known global client as an Order Management Analyst. If you've worked with SAP and have a keen eye for analysing orders, this could be the perfect next step in your career!

Key Responsibilities:

• Order confirmation
• Ensure pricing is set up for promotions and changing seasons
• Receipt and processing of standard and sample orders (including EDI)
• Manage invoice queries with Accounts Receivable
• Handle customer queries and investigate issues accordingly
• Manage goods outbound and shipped
• Report changes to delivery status, rejections, lead times, and quantity changes
• Manage customer credits
• Ensure adequate stock levels in the warehouse
• Support the Head of Management UK with reporting
• Liaise with the warehouse for repacks, labeling, and special deliveries
• Onboard new customers
• Deliver high-quality customer service to internal and external contacts

Candidate Requirements:

• Experience with SAP, D365, or equivalent systems
• Excellent Excel skills, including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUPs
• Ability to work well within a global team
• Excellent communication skills
• Positive attitude
• Ability to work under pressure
• Hybrid working arrangement
• Working hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00 - 17:00
• Free parking available
