Order Fulfilment Representative Lee & Wrangler

Location: Nottingham / UK

What's the scope?

As our Order Fulfilment Representative you will work proactively in order to maximise on time delivery performance:

• allocation management;
• order errors;
• follow up of why orders have not been released;
• follow inbound shipments to support on time delivery and communicate any challenges through clear and concise communication, in line with policies & procedures as defined in our Customer Service manual.

As our Order Fulfilment Representative you will:

• Identify and assess order book allocation to achieve maximum order fulfilment; prioritising certain accounts, and feeding back any challenges.
• Build sustainable relationships with key stakeholders.
• Provide support to the customer service team on order coverage issues, allocation challenges, order errors etc.
• Liaise with customer service, sales and planning to push for order release and monitor or move allocation to maximise orderbook conversion.
• Ensure timely communication, in-line with customer expectations and brand objectives, highlighting any risk or opportunity.
• Constantly analyse and review order book movements ensuring best interest of both the Customer and Company is kept at heart.
• Continuously evaluate and identify opportunities to drive process improvements that positively impact the customer's experience.
• Highlight any delays or pull forward opportunities regarding deliveries to the relevant stakeholders.
• Communicates to the relevant stakeholders the need for priority on late productions and/or shortages. Maintains agreed upon order priority within the order management system. Initiates necessary cancellations to cover shortages.
• Daily Checks make sure all daily and allocation jobs are running on time.
• Monitor weekly and monthly on time delivery performance and order fulfilment rates including root cause analysis.
• Maximise use of inventory within service level guidelines (by order type, customer prioritisation, shipping windows).
• Works hand in hand with our planning and logistics team to track inbound freight.

Skills for Success:

• Analytical experience.
• Experience of working within our industry would be an advantage.

• Intermediate Excel skills as a minimum.
