Job description

JOB TITLE: Order Fulfillment Specialist

AUTHORITY & SUPERVISION:

  • Reports directly to the Facilities Inventory Manager and the Facilities Inventory Assistant Manager

JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Use Apex Trading, Dutchie and METRC inventory systems to fulfill orders
  • Move products digitally and physically in Dutchie and METRC systems
  • Create packages in Metrc and Dutchie from production batches
  • Create wholesale transfer manifests in Dutchie
  • Pick and process retail and wholesale orders for deliveries
  • Review and ensure accuracy of orders for on-time delivery
  • Assist the Cannabis Inventory Coordinators with stocking and organizing products
  • Communicate product discrepancies with the Facilities Inventory Managers
  • Assist with third party labeling as needed
  • Provide coverage as a Logistics Driver for wholesale deliveries as needed
  • Other duties and tasks as assigned by management

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum of 21 years of age.
  • Possess valid driver’s license or state ID.
  • Experience in high volume packaging preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suites

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Must pass all required background checks.
  • Must be proactive, have strong work ethic and pay great attention to detail
  • Organizational and time management skills required
  • Must be and remain compliant with any and all legal or company regulations for working in the industry.
  • Frequently move up to 30+ pounds of equipment/materials/product (100 pounds with assistance)
  • Must be comfortable working in a variable environment including high temperatures and humidity
  • Comfortable working on lifts / heavy equipment and heights over 6 feet off the ground
  • May include being in a stationary position or moving for extended periods
