Philharmonia Orchestra is seeking a highly organised Programme Manager to deliver and develop its Fellowship programmes. The role supports the next generation of orchestral musicians and composers, working across the Orchestra and UK residencies with leading conservatoires and partners.

You will plan, deliver and evaluate initiatives, ensuring an exceptional participant experience and accessible pathways into the orchestral profession.

• Highly organised and motivated Programme Manager.
• Planning, delivery and evaluation of Fellowship programmes.
• Managing talent development initiatives across multiple partners.
