MRL Consulting Group | Global Niche Technology Recruitment is seeking an experienced WMS Technical Support Lead in Belfast to own the Oracle WMS within a large-scale enterprise environment. You will lead the technical direction, manage incidents and collaborate withintegrations and reporting teams to ensure peak performance of the warehouse platform.

• Ability to lead incidents, changes and service requests.

Responsibilities

• Lead ongoing support and configuration of Oracle WMS.
• Manage incidents, problems, and changes per SLAs.
• Deliver configuration changes and enhancements across WMS.
• Support application releases and continuous improvement.
• Act as technical escalation point for WMS issues.
• Collaborate with Integration and Reporting teams to troubleshoot.
• Translate new requirements into practical WMS solutions.
• Promote WMS best practices and minimize unnecessary customisation.
• Identify risks and resolve issues before impacting operations.
