Job Title: Oracle Supply Chain Lead
Location: Remote
Start Date: October

Our client, a leading enterprise, is looking for a skilled Oracle EBS Supply Chain Functional Consultant to lead critical design and implementation workstreams within Oracle SCM modules. The successful candidate will serve as the subject matter expert (SME) for key business stakeholders, guiding the design and execution of Oracle Supply Chain Management solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the functional design and implementation of EBS SCM modules, including Inventory, Order Management, and Product Hub.
• Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, facilitating workshops, gathering requirements, and ensuring alignment with Oracle best practices.
• Translate complex business processes into Oracle Cloud solutions, ensuring optimal configuration and functionality.
• Support key project phases including configuration, testing (SIT/UAT), and deployment.
• Provide leadership and guidance to offshore teams, ensuring smooth issue resolution during go-live and post-go-live phases.
• Create functional documentation and support the development of training materials as needed.

Essential Experience:

• Proven track record of successfully delivering Oracle Cloud Supply Chain implementations, ideally within large-scale, global enterprises.
• Strong hands-on configuration experience with at least two to three of the following Oracle SCM modules: Inventory, Order Management, Product Hub.
• Deep functional understanding of Supply Chain Management (SCM) business processes and industry best practices.
• Exceptional stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to communicate complex concepts effectively.
• Comfortable working remotely, managing tasks independently, and collaborating within a distributed team environment.
