Job description

The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and delivering comprehensive training programs focused on Oracle software applications and modules within an organization, including supporting newly acquired businesses in the transition to Oracle as the HR system.


This role involves creating training materials, conducting training sessions, and supporting users to ensure efficient and effective use of Oracle systems. The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of Oracle applications and demonstrate excellent communication and instructional skills.


Experience:
  1. 3+ years of experience in training, with a focus on Oracle applications or similar ERP systems.
  2. Proven experience in curriculum development and instructional design.

Technical Skills:
  1. Proficiency in Oracle applications (Oracle HCM, Oracle Cloud, etc.).
  2. Familiarity with e-learning platforms and virtual training tools.

Soft Skills:
  1. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  2. Ability to simplify complex information and adapt to different learning styles.
  3. Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
  4. Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.

Preferred Qualifications:
  1. Certification in Oracle systems or instructional design.
  2. Experience in change management or user adoption strategies.
  3. Knowledge of additional ERP software is a plus.
