A recruitment firm is seeking a skilled Project Manager to oversee the Reporting Workstream, migrating HR and Payroll functions to Oracle HCM Cloud. The ideal candidate will have substantial experience with Oracle reporting and strong leadership skills to guide a team and engage with stakeholders effectively. This contract role offers a competitive daily rate and is scheduled until March 2026.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrable experience leading reporting workstreams for Oracle HCM Cloud implementations.
  • Strong understanding of EBS HR and Payroll processes and data structures.
  • Proven experience with reporting tools such as OTBI, BI Publisher, and dashboards.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
  • Clear understanding of UK/EU GDPR data compliance as it relates to HR data.

Project Manager (Oracle Reporting)

Contract - Inside IR35

Until March 2026

GBP600 - GBP650pd

Are you an experienced, Project Manager with Oracle reporting implementation experience? This company is seeking a talented individual to manage the Reporting Workstream as they migrate their HR and Payroll functions from an on-premise Oracle e-Business Suite (EBS) application to Oracle HCM Cloud.

As the Reporting Lead, you will be responsible for leading a small team of reporting analyst/developers to ensure the reporting requirements for the new solution are captured, designed, and developed in line with business needs. You will work closely with business stakeholders, internal IT teams, and a System Integrator to deliver the Day One Reporting Catalogue and any other Reporting needs identified through the project.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as the primary point of contact for all reporting activities, collaborating with business, functional, and reporting subject matter experts
  • Assess and resolve reporting gaps and change impacts resulting from the migration to Cloud
  • Manage the successful testing and acceptance of reporting solutions to the new system
  • Provide leadership and direction to a small team of reporting analysts
  • Create and drive delivery plans and schedules, managing associated risks and issues
What We're Looking For:
  • Demonstrable experience leading reporting workstreams for Oracle HCM Cloud implementations
  • Strong understanding of EBS HR and Payroll processes and data structures
  • Familiarity with the Oracle Cloud HCM data model and functionality
  • Proven experience working with reporting tools such as OTBI, BI Publisher, and dashboards
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
  • A background in working on projects, preferably with larger companies
  • Clear understanding of UK/EU GDPR data compliance as it relates to HR data
