Overview

Locations: London, Manchester or Birmingham (must be willing to travel to client sites throughout the UK on an ad hoc basis).

We are looking for candidates who excel in a client-facing environment with passion and proven delivery and functional skills. Candidates should be able to approach client challenges in an informed, structured and innovative way. Ideally, you have 2+ years of prior experience on Oracle cloud applications.

Responsibilities

• Lead workstreams designing and delivering Oracle Recruitment Cloud solutions for government and financial services organisations.
• Collaborate as a key member of the UK Oracle team and work with HR, Talent Acquisition, and IT stakeholders.
• Configure workflows, candidate journeys, requisition templates, and recruiting campaigns.
• Develop credibility and relationships with client stakeholders and maintain strong client-facing communication.

Qualifications and Skills

• Understanding of Oracle Cloud's AI capabilities and Agents.
• An appreciation of user experience-based design (e.g., Personas, user journeys) to augment a solution.
• Experience with functional data conversion, transformation and reconciliation.
• Understanding of the functional, application and technical implementation elements of an Oracle Cloud ERP programme.
• Oracle Recruitment Cloud knowledge and professional experience.
• Strong knowledge of Oracle Recruitment configurations, setups, and transactions.
• Certified in Oracle Recruitment Cloud.
• Solid experience in implementing Oracle Recruitment Cloud solutions.
• Sound knowledge of UK talent acquisition processes.
• Familiarity with UK government and financial services organisations.
• Must be UK Government SC Clearable – mandatory requirement.
