Qualifications

• Full lifecycle experience of at least two Oracle Cloud HCM implementations.
• Significant Oracle Recruiting Cloud experience.
• Presales, proposals and client pursuit experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead Oracle Recruiting Cloud workstreams from discovery through design, build, test and deployment.
• Manage stakeholder relationships across HR, TA and Technology teams.
• Coach junior team members and contribute to development opportunities.
