Oracle R12 Support Specialist - Assets and Projects

Our client is seeking an Oracle R12 Support Specialist to join the Finance Systems team. This role is crucial in supporting core ERP services across key modules such as Projects, Fixed Assets, Procurement, and Employee Expenses.

As part of their journey towards a unified ERP system, you will play a vital role in delivering system support, analyzing functionality, enhancing user experience, and facilitating business transformation.

What You'll Be Doing:

1. Provide daily support for Oracle R12 ERP systems, ensuring data accuracy and system availability.
2. Serve as a subject matter expert in Projects and Fixed Assets modules.
3. Act as a liaison between internal stakeholders and third-party support providers, ensuring service quality, SLAs, and KPIs are met.
4. Identify improvements through analysis, stakeholder engagement, and proactive problem-solving.

Essential Skills & Experience:

1. Deep expertise in Oracle R12 Projects and Assets modules.
2. Proven experience supporting ERP systems in dynamic, multi-stakeholder environments.
3. Experience collaborating with outsourced IT teams and vendors.
4. Ability to prioritize tasks and balance support duties with project initiatives.

Highly Desirable:

1. SQL proficiency and experience with data cleansing or migration.
2. Participation in large-scale ERP transformation projects.
3. Knowledge of SaaS ERP environments.

Please note: This is an initial 6-month contract, remote working with occasional on-site days, paying up to £550 per day inside IR35.
