A well-known London-based organisation is seeking an experienced Interim Oracle Payroll Specialist to support a cloud-based ERP system implementation. The role requires strong payroll knowledge and a recognised accountancy qualification. This interim position offers a competitive rate of £400-£450 per day and hybrid working arrangements. The ideal candidate will have experience in payroll transformation and stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications

  • Strong technical payroll knowledge, ideally with experience in ERP/HRIS/Finance system implementations.
  • Recognised accountancy qualification (ACA/ACCA/CIMA/CIPFA) or payroll qualification is essential.
  • Proven experience working on payroll transformation or system change projects.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced change environment.

  • Lead the design, development, and delivery of payroll processes for the ERP system implementation.
  • Act as a subject matter expert on payroll-related requirements, compliance, and reporting.
  • Collaborate with Finance, HR, Programme, and third-party teams for delivery.
  • Support the BAU payroll process for accurate and timely monthly payroll.
  • Develop documentation, testing scripts, and training materials for transition.

Interim Oracle Payroll Specialist

Location: London (hybrid working)

Rate: £400-£450 per day (inside IR35)

Duration: 3 months

We are supporting a well-known London-based organisation through a significant transformation programme and are seeking an experienced Oracle Payroll Specialist to join on an interim basis.

This role will play a key part in supporting the implementation of a new cloud-based ERP system, with a particular focus on payroll processes. Alongside project delivery responsibilities, you will also provide oversight and support to ensure the continuity of the monthly BAU payroll cycle.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the design, development, and delivery of payroll processes for the ERP system implementation.
