Oracle Payroll lead needed to ensure that technical solutions align with business needs, managing change, and offering subject matter expertise to drive successful workforce and payroll initiatives. Candidates should have experience leading workstreams and design workshops. The role is inside IR35 and requires 3 days a week on site in London.

Responsibilities:

• Help shape and support the development of Workforce solutions that improve people and system processes. Provide subject matter expertise, guidance, advice, and input into architectural, technical, and business solutions.
• Collaborate with Workforce Planning teams to document requirements for modelling, analysing, and forecasting workforce needs. Identify workforce gaps and provide insights to inform growth plans and talent management strategies.
• Oversee and provide insight into BAU changes and how they align with programme direction and strategic initiatives. Ensure that ongoing changes are aligned with broader goals and objectives.
• Work closely with both business and technology stakeholders to assess the impact of potential technical solutions on Workforce-related solutions. Actively influence and challenge assumptions, ensuring that the wider technology landscape understands the implications of any proposed changes.
• Lead and support the implementation of Fusion Payroll within Oracle Cloud. Leverage your expertise to ensure seamless integration and optimisation of payroll processes, while addressing any technical challenges that may arise.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in payroll and workforce systems, recommending and implementing process enhancements to drive greater efficiency and accuracy.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Proven experience with Oracle Cloud Fusion Payroll Implementation.
• Strong knowledge of workforce management and payroll processes.
• Experience in workforce planning, modelling, and forecasting.
• Ability to manage and drive change in a business-as-usual (BAU) environment.
• Expertise in liaising with both business and technical teams to drive solutions.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to challenge assumptions and influence decisions.

Desirable Skills:

• Certification in Oracle Cloud Payroll or related Oracle Cloud modules.
• Experience with other Oracle Cloud HCM modules.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and project management principles.
