The Role: Want to be a part of our exciting growth journey?

We’re looking for a talented, passionate, and motivated Oracle NetSuite Solutions Engineer to join our Solutions team. You’ll play a key role in leading NetSuite integration projects and providing exceptional ERP support to customers.

You will collaborate closely with clients and internal teams to deploy, support, and enhance our AP automation solution, with a focus on Oracle NetSuite implementations.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Deep expertise in Oracle NetSuite
• A strong technical background with SaaS or ERP products
• A customer-first mindset and outstanding communication skills

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support client implementations of TRAILD’s AP automation platform with Oracle NetSuite.
• Assist the sales team to demonstrate how TRAILD can assist a prospect to streamline, automate, and protect their accounts payable.
• Configure, test, and troubleshoot technical integrations, ensuring seamless deployment and user adoption.
• Collaborate with customers to understand business requirements and provide tailored ERP / AP solutions.
• Provide exceptional technical support to clients, particularly with escalated issues or complex ERP-related inquiries.
• Create and maintain clear documentation, technical notes, and knowledge base articles.
• Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Success, and Technology teams to ensure customer success and solution excellence.
• Stay up to date with the evolving NetSuite platform and contribute to improving TRAILD’s integration capabilities.

Who You Are:

• Based in or willing to relocate to Melbourne, Australia
• 3+ years of experience with Oracle NetSuite (administration, development, or solution consulting)
• Strong understanding of ERP systems, SaaS products, and financial processes—especially Accounts Payable
• Knowledge of Acumatica, Syspro, Epicor, or SAP B1 beneficial.
• Proven ability to diagnose technical issues and collaborate cross-functionally to solve them
• Confident, articulate, and professional when interacting with customers
• Curious, adaptable, and eager to grow with a scale-up
• Comfortable working remotely or in a hybrid team setup
• Strong collaborator with an attitude embracing growth, hands-on execution, adaptability, and the scale-up spirit.
