Job Description

We are looking for an Oracle HR Functional Lead to join a high-impact transformation programme. The role involves shaping and supporting workforce solutions that improve people and system processes. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Oracle HR Cloud and preferably Strategic Workforce Planning/EPM. Responsibilities include providing guidance on workforce solutions, collaborating with planning and technology teams, supporting workforce modelling and forecasting, ensuring alignment with strategic goals, and engaging with stakeholders and external consultants. The role also involves improving system integration, driving transformation, and working within Agile teams.

The Successful Applicant

The candidate must have proven experience with Oracle HR Cloud. Experience in Strategic Workforce Planning and/or Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) is highly desirable. Strong stakeholder engagement, analytical skills, and the ability to operate in a fast-paced, Agile environment are essential.

What's on Offer

Competitive day rate between £600 - £675, depending on experience. Minimum 3 days on-site. Working hours: 9:00 am - 5:00 pm.
