Job Description:

Higher education experience is desirable.

Responsibilities:

• Act as the subject matter expert for Oracle HCM, optimising HR processes to enhance efficiency and compliance.
• Act as the phase zero lead analyst.
• Partner with HR stakeholders to analyse, design, and implement HR processes within the Oracle HCM and ServiceNow platforms.
• Execute tests to ensure the system aligns with the requirements and design.
• Identify opportunities to automate and streamline HR operations using Oracle HCM and ServiceNow functionalities.
• Develop and maintain documentation for HR processes, ensuring consistency and alignment with organizational goals.
• Provide support and training to HR teams on best practices for utilising Oracle HCM and ServiceNow.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in HR roles with a focus on HR process improvement.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle HCM and ServiceNow implementations from an HR perspective (not configuration).
• Strong understanding of HR functions, including employee lifecycle management, onboarding, and workforce planning.
• Higher Education / University experience essential.
• Ability to communicate effectively with HR stakeholders and translate business requirements into system processes.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to driving HR efficiency.
