Job description

  • Provide functional/technical expertise to support Oracle Cloud HCM
  • Develop and/or fine-tune estimating models and methodologies
  • Able to architect an Oracle Cloud HCM transformation
  • Able to present solutions to clients and prospects and address queries
  • Act as the functional owner of Oracle Cloud HCM in an ERP system
  • Recommend and make decisions that materially impact project outcomes
  • Build working relationships with key client, incumbent, and NTT DATA stakeholders, including technical support and engineering teams
  • Report to the Service Delivery Manager for the respective NTT DATA account and be part of the Applications Management practice.

  • Functional knowledge of multiple Oracle Cloud HCM modules (HCM Talent Management & ORC, Compensation)
  • Participation in full lifecycle implementation projects as the owner of Oracle Cloud HCM
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Expert knowledge of Oracle Cloud HCM business processes across industries
  • Advanced understanding of Oracle Cloud ERP solutions
  • Experience with Microsoft Office (2010–2016)
  • Operational support experience (Incident Management, Problem Management, Request Fulfilment, etc.)
  • Undergraduate degree in Finance, Computer Science, or equivalent experience

  • Ability to advise clients in a functional capacity and design new applications based on gathered information
