Oracle HCM Redwood Functional Specialist

Contract Duration: 6 Months

Location: Hybrid Working (London-based)

We are currently seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Redwood Functional Specialist for an exciting 6-month contract role. The focus will be on supporting the implementation and optimization of the Redwood User Experience in a prominent organization.

In this role, you will be responsible for aligning the Redwood user experience with HR business processes, utilizing key features such as Journeys, Dynamic Skills, and the Experience Design Studio. Your contributions will be pivotal in enhancing the employee experience and fostering higher user engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide strong functional expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud.
• Leverage your knowledge of Redwood UX and its various features.
• Work with Journeys, Dynamic Skills, and the Experience Design Studio to improve user experience.
• Assist in the configuration, process alignment, and user adoption activities.
• Collaborate closely with both HR and IT teams.

This is a hybrid working opportunity based in London, with the role being outside IR35.
