Job Description:

Whitehall Resources is seeking an Oracle HCM Payroll Specialist - SC Cleared in London for an initial 6-month contract.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as Oracle HCM Payroll specialist for the Oracle HCM Cloud Solution, managing data, configuration, security, authorizations, mass structure changes, and uploads.
• Solve system issues end-to-end, focusing on long-term solutions even when applying short-term workarounds.
• Collaborate with system administrators across functional areas to ensure efficient system integration.
• Support the HR System Manager with Oracle Cloud releases, testing, and new functionality implementation.
• Assist in the rollout of business processes related to HR systems.
• Translate business requirements into system functionalities and support their implementation.
• Contribute to system procedures, documentation, and user training.
• Maintain confidentiality of personal data.
• Share expertise and provide technical support for projects and business operations.
• Assist in integrating Oracle Cloud with external applications across IT and Finance areas.

Key Skills:

• Experience with Oracle HCM (required)
• Experience configuring, implementing, and supporting Oracle Cloud HCM
• Understanding of Oracle Cloud HCM Base module
• Experience with Oracle Cloud implementation methodology and project planning
• Ability to design and maintain solutions using Oracle Cloud, including payroll build, new payroll delivery, and data migration
