The Powered Apps teams are communities of technology professionals delivering KPMG Powered Enterprise through a standardized delivery model, ensuring professional service to clients. They leverage their functional knowledge in areas like Finance, HR, and Procurement, along with their expertise in cloud applications such as Oracle, Workday, and Coupa, to lead and deliver client programs, support pre-sales, and develop enhancements to Powered Enterprise. We are expanding our S&D - Powered Apps team to meet increasing demand for our market-leading services, seeking IT management consultants with relevant experience.

What will you be doing?

• Developing end-to-end solutions using industry best practices and understanding product capabilities.
• Leading the delivery of workstreams, including managing offshore teams in Oracle HCM Cloud transformations and business process changes.
• Facilitating client meetings and workshops with large groups of client teams.
• Leading offshore teams to design, configure, and test modules or processes for successful client deployment.
• Building lasting client relationships and a network of experience to address client needs.

What will you need to do it?

• Experience implementing at least one Oracle HCM cloud module.
• Expertise in Core HCM module.
• Background as a Functional Consultant advising on HR business processes.
• Experience leading client meetings and workshops.
• Responsibility for end-to-end delivery, including managing offshore teams for design, configuration, and testing.
• Experience in consultancy, supporting pre-sales and business development activities.

Skills we’d love to see / Amazing Extras:

• Experience with other Oracle HCM packages such as Benefits, Workforce Modelling, or Work Life.
