The Powered Apps teams are communities of technology professionals delivering KPMG Powered Enterprise through a standardized delivery model. They use their functional knowledge (e.g., Finance, HR, Procurement) and their expertise in cloud applications (e.g., Oracle, Workday, Coupa) to lead and deliver client programs, support pre-sales, and develop enhancements. We are expanding our S&D - Powered Apps team to meet growing market demand and seek experienced IT management consultants.

What will you be doing?

• Developing end-to-end solutions combining industry best practices and product capabilities.
• Leading the delivery of workstreams, managing offshore teams in Oracle HCM Cloud transformations and business process changes.
• Facilitating client meetings and workshops, including large groups.
• Leading offshore teams to design, configure, and test modules or processes for deployment.
• Building lasting client relationships and expanding your network and experience to meet client needs.

What do you need to do it?

• Experience implementing at least one Oracle HCM cloud module.
• Expertise in Core HCM.
• Background as a Functional Consultant advising on HR business processes.
• Experience leading client meetings and workshops.
• Responsibility for end-to-end delivery, including managing offshore teams.
• Experience in consultancy, pre-sales, and business development.

Skills we’d love to see / Extras:

• Experience with other Oracle HCM packages like Benefits, Workforce Modeling, or Work Life.
