Spire Healthcare are looking to recruit an experienced Oracle HCM Developer to join a small team supporting and developing our existing Oracle HCM platform. Working closely with our colleagues in HR and Payroll to resolve issues, deliver system improvements and work on projects to introduce new functionality and system modules

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work on the Oracle HCM Cloud platform - performing analysis, troubleshooting issues and delivering solutions via service desk requests and wider business projects.
  • Documenting current and future state scenarios, design and configurations, and update documents as changes occur.
  • Triage production issues and co-ordinate with multiple teams to perform problem analysis.
  • Coordinate with the wider HR and IT teams on testing activities for system-wide updates, upgrades, quarterly releases and patches. Document test results and recommend changes as necessary.
  • Develop new and/or maintain existing fast formulas in accordance with payroll and benefits compensation and legislative requirements.
  • Develop medium to complex OTBI/ BI Publisher reports, together with XML templates.
  • Perform user profile management tasks, either manually through Security Console or with the use of Rest APIs and Postman UI
  • Perform HCM Data Loader, and HCM Spreadsheet Data Loader tasks for various business objects.
  • Play a critical role in supporting the application lifecycle (develop, test, release and support) based on detailed requirements and guidance from senior engineers/architects and management.

Key Requirements:

  • Must have worked in at least two Oracle Fusion HCM implementations or data conversions projects.
  • Mandatory Expertise in following Oracle Cloud areas – Core HR, Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC) and OTBI.
  • Expertise in following Oracle Cloud areas would be added advantage , Payroll, Absences, Time and Labour (OTL), Fast Formulas and, BI Publisher Reports.
  • Experience and applied knowledge of using and maintaining Fast Formulas for Payroll and Benefits is desirable.
  • Knowledge of Oracle Fusion HCM data model - HR, Payroll, Recruiting and Benefits
  • Excellent knowledge and understanding of security,roles and privileges in Oracle Fusion HCM
  • Good Experience working with OTBI/ BI Publisher reports.
  • Strong knowledge of HDL and HSDL business objects for CoreHR, Payroll, Recruiting and Benefits.
  • Applied knowledge with integrations between Oracle Fusion HCM and other external cloud-based systems.
  • Technical writing (requirements, design and configuration documents, test plans).
  • Knowledge and experience of personalisation’s using HCM Experience Design Studio and Page Composer
  • Experience using Groovy Script is desirable.
  • Knowledge and experience of configuring Redwood UI and using VB Studio
  • Knowledge and experience of configuring and implementing Oracle HCM Journeys
