Job summary

IBM Consulting UK FutureNow is seeking a Senior Consultant to lead Oracle HCM Cloud implementations and guide multi-disciplinary teams across client engagements. You will design, configure, test and deploy Oracle HCM Cloud solutions while collaborating with stakeholders and delivery crews.

The role requires strong communication, problem solving, and travel to client sites as needed. The position offers a path of continuous learning, exposure to cutting-edge cloud AI capabilities, and a flexible

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of functional experience delivering Oracle HCM Cloud Applications.
• Evidence of full Oracle Cloud implementation cycles.
• Demonstrated experience in Solution Design, Requirements Analysis, Functional Design Configuration Documentation, Troubleshooting and Integration Architecture.
• Experience working with technical teams for Interface design, development and testing.
• Strong client-facing, communication and client management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead functional design and configuration for Oracle HCM Cloud implementations.
• Collaborate with client stakeholders and delivery teams across the lifecycle.
• Support proposal development and pre-sales activities.
• Ensure project governance and high-quality deliverables.
