Job summary

American Express is seeking an Oracle HCM Cloud Cross Functional Lead to drive the design, development, and delivery of Oracle HCM Cloud solutions. Focus areas include Redwood UX, Visual Builder Studio, and AI-driven HR automation, reporting, and security.

The role collaborates with HR, security, and technology teams to deliver secure, scalable HCM solutions and to support quarterly releases and production issue resolution, within a hybrid UK-based environment.

Qualifications

• Experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM and modules such as Core HR and Recruitment.
• Hands-on experience with Redwood UX and Visual Builder Studio (VBS).
• Deep knowledge of HCM Security, data security, and access management.

Responsibilities

• Drive Redwood UX adoption and develop page extensions using Visual Builder Studio (VBS).
• Design and implement Oracle AI Agents to automate HR processes and enhance employee experience.
• Lead configuration, enhancements, and support of Oracle Fusion HCM Core HR and other HCM modules.
• Design and manage HCM Security, including RBAC, data roles, security profiles, role provisioning, and access controls.
• Develop and optimize OTBI dashboards, BI Publisher reports.
• Support HCM workflows, quarterly releases, and production issue resolution.
• Collaborate with HR, security, and technology teams to deliver secure, scalable, and innovative HCM solutions.

The Oracle HCM Cloud Cross Functional Lead will report to the Director of Digital Product Solution Design. As part of this team, you will drive the design, development, and delivery of Oracle HCM Cloud solutions. The role is primarily focused on Oracle HCM Redwood UX, Visual Builder Studio (VBS), Oracle AI Agents, Rest API’s, Core HR and other modules functional expertise.

• Design and implement Oracle AI Agents to automate HR processes and enhance employee experience.
• Lead configuration, enhancements, and support of Oracle Fusion HCM Core HR and other HCM modules.
• Design and manage HCM Security, including RBAC, data roles, security profiles, role provisioning, and access controls.
• Develop and optimize OTBI dashboards, BI Publisher reports.

Qualifications

• Oracle HCM experience with strong hands-on expertise in Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM with modules such as Core HR, Recruitment and more.
• Proven hands‑on experience with Redwood UX and Visual Builder Studio (VBS).
• Deep knowledge of HCM Security, data security, role provisioning, and access management.
• Knowledge of Oracle AI Agent Studio, generative AI, and AI‑driven HR automation; hands‑on implementation experience.
• Knowledge of OTBI and reporting tools.
• Familiarity with HCM Extracts, HDL and REST APIs
• Strong technical leadership, analytical, problem‑solving, and stakeholder management skills.
