Responsibilities
- Providing day-to-day functional support to a variety of Oracle HCM Cloud clients.
- Designing and advising on solutions, processes, and configuration best practices.
- Leading knowledge transfer sessions, training, and coaching colleagues.
- Supporting pre-sales activities, including demonstrations.
- Acting as a subject matter expert on Cloud processes, roadmaps, and enhancements.
- Producing clear, high-quality documentation and sharing knowledge with the wider team.
- Building trusted relationships with clients by delivering consistently excellent service.
- Participating in career development and leadership programmes, including quarterly Pathways Career Development reviews.
- Taking advantage of a significant training budget for certifications and further education.

- Note: All candidates must be SC cleared or eligible for SC clearance and have resided in the UK for the last 3 years.
Qualifications
- Experienced Oracle HCM Cloud (Core HR) Functional Support Consultant with a focus on Core HR, Absence, and HR Helpdesk.
- Strong ability to translate business requirements into functional solutions.
- Excellent documentation skills and ability to work independently.
- Strong communication skills (both written and verbal).
- Eligibility for UK Security Vetting (minimum 3 years UK residency).
- Desirable: Experience with additional Oracle HCM modules (Talent, Payroll, OTL).
- Desirable: Knowledge of Oracle E-Business Suite HRMS.
- Desirable: Familiarity with ITIL processes and wider HR business processes.
- Desirable: Oracle HCM Cloud certifications.
