You will join the IT Systems & Digitalisation team to ensure service quality, drive resolutions, and implement changes across the application lifecycle.
Location: Hybrid working, starting with 2 days per week in the Sheffield Office for the first month
Salary: £57,569.74 to £65,965.33 per annum doe
GFSL is seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Technical Support Analyst to support and develop our Oracle Fusion HCM and Procurement platforms. This is a specialist role for someone with hands‑on experience supporting Oracle Fusion Cloud applications, developing OTBI reporting solutions, working with Oracle role‑based access control, and using SQL to troubleshoot, analyse and/or validate data. You will join the IT Systems & Digitalisation team and play a key role in ensuring the reliability, security and continuous improvement of systems that support critical operational services across the business. The role requires close collaboration with business stakeholders, delivery partners, and technical teams to maintain high service standards and deliver effective system enhancements. We’re looking for someone who takes ownership of issues and sees them through to resolution, with the confidence to engage and build effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels. You'll have strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, a keen eye for detail, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of accuracy, data integrity, and service quality.
Holidays are 25 days per year plus Bank Holidays.
