Job Title: Oracle Fusion Solution Architect
Salary: Up to £90,000 DOE
Location: Nottingham (Hybrid)
As an Oracle Fusion Solution Architect, you will have strong technical expertise, leadership abilities, and strategic thinking to lead the team and architect solutions using Oracle Fusion technologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the implementation team responsible for designing, developing, and implementing Oracle Fusion applications.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to functional and technical teams throughout the development lifecycle.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into functional & technical solutions using Oracle Fusion technologies.
- Drive innovation and continuous improvements in software development processes, tools, and methodologies.
- Establish coding standards, best practices, and quality assurance processes for Oracle Fusion development.
- Ensure adherence to security standards and compliance requirements in Oracle Fusion applications.
- Manage the implementation team and ensure deliverables are completed on time and with quality.
- Mentor and coach team members to enhance their technical skills and foster a culture of learning and growth.
Key Skills/Knowledge/Experience
- Extensive experience in software engineering and technical leadership roles, focusing on Oracle Fusion or similar ERP systems.
- Experience working in an Onshore-Offshore model.
- Hands-on experience delivering large transformation projects, especially in the UK & Ireland Public Service Domain.
- In-depth knowledge of Oracle SaaS/PaaS Cloud applications for Finance, SCM & Procurement.
- Good understanding of Oracle Fusion architecture, modules, and technologies.
- Proficiency in Oracle Fusion Middleware technologies, including Oracle AFT, Oracle SOA Suite, Oracle BPM Suite.
- Leadership and team-building skills to motivate and inspire high-performing teams.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to architect complex solutions and troubleshoot technical issues.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective interaction with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
