Tata Consultancy Services Limited is hiring an Oracle Fusion HCM Technical Architect in Crawley, UK. You will provide both functional and technical architecture across Core HR, UK Payroll, Absence Management and Benefits, translating business requirements into scalable HCM solutions while guiding integrations, data migration, reporting, security and governance.

You will lead design workshops, establish standards, and manage complex integrations with REST, SOAP, and OIC, plus HDL/HSDL data

Qualifications

• Extensive IT experience with Oracle Fusion HCM
• Proven experience delivering end-to-end Oracle Fusion HCM implementations in a Technical Architect or technical leadership capacity
• Strong expertise in Oracle Fusion HCM architecture
• Deep knowledge of Core HR, UK Payroll, Absence Management and Benefits
• Advanced Fast Formula development experience, particularly for Payroll and Absence
• Strong integration experience using REST APIs, SOAP web services and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)
• Hands-on experience with HCM Extracts, BI Publisher and OTBI
• Strong experience with HDL and HSDL data migration
• Thorough understanding of the payroll processing lifecycle, absence accruals, leave policies, and benefits configuration and eligibility
• Experience supporting large and complex enterprise environments
• Ability to lead design workshops and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with HR, Payroll and Benefits stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable Oracle Fusion HCM solutions
• Provide solution design oversight across Core HR, UK Payroll, Absence Management and Benefits
• Lead functional and technical design workshops and promote Oracle best practices and standardization
• Define and own the end-to-end technical architecture for Oracle Fusion HCM applications
• Design and oversee integrations with payroll providers, banking systems, Finance/GL, benefits, absence and workforce/rostering systems
• Lead the development and governance of Fast Formulas for Payroll, Absence and Benefits
• Oversee HCM Extracts, data interfaces, BI Publisher reports and OTBI reporting
• Architect integrations using REST APIs, SOAP web services and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)
• Define data migration strategies using HDL and HSDL, including validation and reconciliation
• Define security architecture covering roles, data access and compliance
• Lead troubleshooting across payroll calculations, absence accruals and integrations
• Manage technical impact assessments for Oracle quarterly releases, including regression planning and feature adoption
• Establish development standards, coding practices and technical governance while supporting DevOps, release management and environment strategy

The Role

We are looking for an Oracle Fusion HCM Technical Architect to provide functional and technical architecture across Core HR, UK Payroll, Absence Management and Benefits. • Experience integrating Oracle HCM with Finance and General Ledger systems
• Experience supporting production environments and complex enterprise applications
• Oracle Fusion HCM certification
