Overview

twentyAI are supporting a global firm seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion ERP Functional Consultant to support a major finance transformation programme. This role sits within the Purchase to Pay workstream and will lead the design, configuration, testing, and implementation of Oracle Fusion solutions across a complex, international finance function.

Role Summary

The P2P Functional Consultant will be responsible for delivering a standardised suite of processes, integrations, and configurations within the Oracle Fusion ERP platform. This individual will collaborate closely with business subject matter experts and technology teams to ensure high-quality, fit-for-purpose solutions are delivered on time and fully tested.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the design, build, and testing phases within Purchase to Pay
  • Facilitate design workshops and define the scope for testing activities, including the creation of test scripts
  • Produce core project documentation such as Business Requirement Documents
  • Functional Specification Documents (FSDs), test scripts, user manuals, and training materials
  • Maintain strong stakeholder engagement across business and technology teams, ensuring functional requirements are accurately translated into technical solutions
  • Work with the Workstream Lead to manage priorities, deliverables, and progress reporting
  • Own project updates and status reporting to the Change Lead and PMO
  • Identify and mitigate risks, issues, and dependencies related to design, build, and test activities

Experience & Skills Required

  • Significant experience with Oracle Fusion Procurement and/or Payables modules, including end-to-end configuration and implementation ownership
  • Strong understanding of Purchase to Pay processes and their integration with wider finance systems
  • Proven ability to work through complex requirements, identify solutions, and contribute to both system and process design
  • Hands-on experience with data migration, systems integration, and testing within Oracle Fusion ERP
  • Familiarity with PaaS solutions and SaaS extensions is advantageous
  • Ability to translate business needs into detailed functional and technical documentation
  • End-to-end knowledge of the system implementation lifecycle and associated documentation
  • Confident leading testing activities and delivering training to internal users
