Job summary

Caraffi Limited is seeking an experienced Oracle Functional Lead to own the functional design and implementation of Oracle Fusion Finance across all finance workstreams. The role is hybrid, with travel to Luton two days per week, and is Inside IR35 on a daily rate basis.

The ideal candidate will lead the functional team, drive design authority, and govern configuration to ensure Oracle standard functionality is adopted across the programme. This is a 12-month engagement with potential extension.

• Proven track record of Oracle Fusion Financials implementation leadership.
• Experience in a large-scale multi-pillar finance transformation programme.
• Strong process design expertise.
• Excellent stakeholder and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead functional solution design.
• Lead all functional consultants.
• Coordinate all finance process leads.
• Functional planning and horizon thinking.
• Govern fit-gap analysis and solution decisions.
• Ensure consistent adoption of Oracle standard functionality.
• Manage functional design authority and configuration governance.
• Support testing, training, cutover and deployment.
