Job summary

Greenergy International Ltd. is seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Applications Support Analyst to join our Oracle Support Team within Service Operations.

Reporting to the Oracle Support Team Leader (UK), you will be responsible for the support, configuration and maintenance of Oracle ERP Cloud Financial Applications, ensuring the platform remains stable, secure and aligned with business requirements. Working closely with finance users, IT teams, business stakeholders and third‑party vendors,

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience supporting Oracle ERP Cloud Financials.
• Experience with one or more Oracle ERP Cloud modules (GL, AP, AR, Cash Management, Fixed Assets, Expenses, Procurement).

Responsibilities

• Provide functional support for Oracle ERP Cloud Financial Applications, resolving incidents and actioning service requests within agreed SLAs.
• Configure, monitor and support Oracle ERP Cloud Financial modules and assist with quarterly updates and deployments.
• Collaborate with technical teams on integrations, BI reports, and escalation processes.
• Produce functional documentation and user guidance for end users.
• Manage Oracle Service Requests and liaise with external Oracle Support when required.
• Support month-end and year-end close processes to resolve critical Finance issues.
