Job summary

emagine is seeking an experienced Finance Change Business Analyst to support a major finance transformation migrating from Oracle EBS to Oracle Cloud Fusion within a complex banking environment. You will focus on the Enterprise Data Planning (EDP) platform, covering planning, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting processes across multiple EMEA entities.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering Oracle Fusion EDP modules in Corporate & Investment Banking environments.
• Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) with IFRS knowledge.
• Degree-level education in Accounting, Finance, Business, Technology, or related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyse, and document business requirements, translating them into actionable project deliverables.
• Develop and present activity plans and recommendations for senior management review and approval.
• Ensure all project deliverables are completed on time, within scope, and aligned to specifications.
• Support finance transformation and change management initiatives through documentation and status reporting.
• Lead SIT/UAT planning and execution and manage stakeholder communications.
• Facilitate business workshops to gather requirements and support solution design activities.
• Collaborate with finance and technology teams to ensure Oracle Fusion EDP solutions meet business needs.
• Provide data analysis and reporting support for forecasting and decision-making.
