Job Description
2 year FTC - £60-65K - 1 day/week from Peterborough office
Our not-for-profit client is seeking an experienced and proactive Oracle Fusion & ERP Cloud Systems Administrator to join their team and take ownership of the administration, maintenance, and optimisation of their enterprise-wide Oracle Fusion ERP platform.
This is a key role that ensures system stability, security, and performance across Finance, Procurement, and HR functions, helping to deliver seamless business processes through Oracle Cloud technologies.
Key Responsibilities
Administer and configure Oracle Fusion ERP Cloud applications (Finance, Procurement, HR, etc.)
Maintain global system configuration, user security, and access controls
Manage updates, patches, and change control processes
Monitor performance and resolve complex system issues (2nd & 3rd line support)
Manage integrations with external systems and reporting tools (eg, OTBI, BI Publisher)
Support audits, compliance, and data protection standards (GDPR, SOX)
Deliver user training and documentation to support adoption and effective use
Engage stakeholders across IT, Finance, HR, and Procurement to deliver ERP improvements
What You'll Bring
Essential:
Proven hands-on experience administering Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP
Expertise in Oracle Cloud security, configuration, and integration tools
Understanding of finance, procurement, or HR business processes
Familiarity with ITIL service management and change control
Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and stakeholder engagement skills
Desirable:
Oracle certifications (Fusion ERP/Cloud Infrastructure)
ITIL Foundation, PRINCE2, or Agile certifications
Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud, REST APIs, or Scripting tools
Knowledge of compliance standards (IFRS, SOX, GDPR)
