Job description

ERP Functional Analyst required by our client, a company leading the way in their field since 1993. This is an exciting ERP Functional Analyst opportunity for those who wish to work for a stable, well-established company that builds transformational technologies within the revolutionary domain of IoT.

Candidates must be willing to travel to Italy (Milan) regularly, spending up to 2 weeks at a time in that location.

Travel may also include Spain and potentially France in the future.

Hybrid working from the UK office.

Provide IT support to business users across Oracle ERP, Salesforce CRM, and custom integration platforms in finance, supply chain, and CRM areas.

First-line support to troubleshoot and resolve business application system issues.

Support month-end and period-end closing activities (technical/business).

Drive continuous improvement in business and system processes.

Maintain and enforce system/internal controls for audit compliance.

Collaborate with global IT teams across time zones.

Coordinate with offshore teams for timely resolution of application issues.

Coordinate business testing and approval of system fixes prior to deployment.

Support Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP rollouts in new regions.

Create and maintain functional/technical documentation.

Write SQL queries to extract data and generate basic reports.

Manage system changes/enhancements, including requirement gathering, vendor coordination, and documentation.

Qualifications

Must Have

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field; Master's preferred.

5+ years in IT applications with at least 2 years supporting Oracle ERP implementations.

Functional and technical expertise in financial modules.

Experience with global ERP systems, preferably Oracle Fusion Cloud.

Proficiency in SQL.

Ability to work under pressure.

Self-motivated with a mindset for continuous improvement.

Strong Pluses

Knowledge of Salesforce.

Familiarity with GDPR compliance.
